named it the leg burner bc I was already burning after the 2nd exercise.. find yourself anything you can use as a bench & ur set! (ex: stairs)

METHOD: 40 sec on - 20 sec rest

complete each exercise 3 times before moving on to the next


1️sumo squat pulses

2️ lateral squats

3️ bulgarian split squat jumps

4️ box jumps

5️step ups

6️ toe taps


to make it burn more

- add band for pulses

- add dumbbells to lateral squats & step ups

- bonus: 2 min wall sit to finish
