one of my fav childhood foods accompanied by my two fav sides..
here’s how!
3 bowls
1. cornstarch or flour
2. 2 beaten eggs
3. chickpea or bread crumbs
mix ground chicken w some seasonings then form into nugget shapes. dip in bowl 1, then 2, then 3. place on a rack & bake on 400 for 20-25 min!
what I used (serves 5)
2 lbs ground chicken
cornstarch
2 eggs
italian seasoned chickpea crumbs
seasonings: garlic, paprika, salt, pepper
option to use chicken thighs instead, cut into strips, coat w seasonings, & then dip (+ seasonings to crumbs)
p.s airfried the fries in rotisserie basket on 400 for 25 ish min, roasted brussels in oven 400 for 20 ish min
